Aullie may process your account email, website content, connected-domain details, mailbox configuration, support requests, service usage and technical/security logs needed to operate the platform.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide website creation and hosting, authenticate accounts, operate SSL and backups, secure the service, respond to support requests and administer your plan.

Backups and service providers

Website and platform backups may be stored with separate off-site storage providers for disaster recovery. Infrastructure providers may process limited technical data where necessary to operate the service.

Cookies

Aullie currently uses essential session cookies for login and security. The current platform does not require advertising cookies to operate.

Retention and security

We keep service data for as long as needed to provide the account, meet legitimate operational obligations and maintain appropriate backup retention. We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, account isolation and restricted server permissions.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of account information where applicable. Logged-in customers can contact Aullie through the Support section of their dashboard.

No sale of personal data

Aullie does not sell customer personal data to advertisers.
