1. Service
Aullie provides website creation and redesign tools, managed hosting, domain connection, SSL provisioning, Backups, WordPress provisioning and related support features according to the customer plan.
2. Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for content you publish. You must have the rights needed for uploaded text, images, trademarks, domains and other materials.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Aullie for malware, phishing, unsolicited bulk email, unlawful content, attacks on other systems or activity intended to bypass service limits or harm the platform or other customers.
4. Domains and SSL
You remain responsible for ownership and renewal of domains you connect. SSL activation depends on the domain DNS correctly pointing to Aullie infrastructure.
5. Plans and limits
Website counts, storage allocations and other plan limits shown in the dashboard or pricing page form part of the selected service level. Aullie may prevent creation of resources beyond the current plan until the plan is changed.
6. Backups
Aullie operates automated and on-demand backup systems, including off-site copies where configured. Backups are a recovery measure rather than a substitute for keeping independent copies of business-critical information.
7. WordPress and third-party software
When you choose WordPress or other third-party software, its own licensing and security requirements also apply. Aullie may update infrastructure or supported software where reasonably required for security and service operation.
8. Suspension
Accounts may be suspended where necessary for security, abuse prevention, serious policy violations or material non-payment once paid subscriptions are enabled.
9. Availability
Aullie is designed for continuous service, monitoring and recovery. A specific uptime or response-time commitment applies only where separately agreed in writing.
10. Support
Customers can submit support requests from the dashboard. Plan, hosting and website changes may require customer cooperation for domain, content or third-party account access.
